Make sure your doctor is fully aware of your medical condition before using aspirin. If pregnant, inform your doctor. In addition, aspirin should never be given to a child that has a fever as this could cause Reye’s syndrome. Warnings: Alcohol should be avoided when using Aspirin Extra Strength. Drinking alcohol increases the risk of many side effects. Also, do not use any other medication in addition to aspirin without first asking your doctor.
