Cancellation and refund policy

Orders can be canceled up to the date they are shipped. Credits for orders will be issued less a $10 stocking charge per medication.

All medications that have been dispensed and shipped are not returnable. Due to the BC College of Pharmacists Bylaw 5 (33. Subsection 1) once a medication has left the pharmacy, it cannot be returned for any reason.

Bylaw 5, 33. Subsection states:
(1) No registrant may accept for return to stock or reuse any drug previously dispensed.

This ensures only the safest and highest quality Canadian prescription drugs are shipped directly to you.

Therefore, we are unable to return or refund medications once they have been shipped from the pharmacy. All sales are final.

If your prescription order was damaged in shipping, please call us immediately at 1-866-732-0305.

Use of insurance for your prescription medication

At this time, DoctorSolve cannot accept insurance coverage from outside of Canada. However, you will be provided with an invoice which lists the medication name, strength, quantity and price. You can then use the invoice to make an insurance claim.

Unfortunately, due to a power outage some of the features available on Doctorsolve may not be online. We know how important it is to have affordable prescription medication and we’re working as fast as we can to restore our call center, email, and online chat services.
