Tiazac XC is indicated for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) and chronic stable angina (chest pain) in adults. It may be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive medications.

Do’s

  • The usual recommended starting dose of Tiazac XC is between 180 mg and 240 mg daily. The maximum daily dose is 360 mg.

  • Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

Common Side Effects:

  • Facial edema
