Do’s

• The recommended dosage of Pletal is 100 mg twice daily. It should be taken at least half an hour before or two hours after breakfast and dinner.
• The dosage of Pletal is based on your medical condition, response to treatment, and other medications you may be taking. 
• Use Pletal regularly to obtain the most benefit from it. Remember to take it at the same times each day to maintain a consistent level of the medication in your body.
• While your symptoms may improve within 2-4 weeks of starting Pletal, it may take up to 12 weeks before you experience the full benefit of this medication.

Common Side Effects:

• Headache
• Diarrhea

• Dizziness

Serious Side Effects:

• Heart problems such as a fast heartbeat, palpitations, irregular heartbeat, and low blood pressure
