Trandate (labetalol) is indicated in the management of hypertension. It may be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive agents, especially thiazide and loop diuretics.


  • Take Trandate by mouth as directed by your healthcare provider, usually twice a day. It can be taken with or without food, but it is important to choose one way and take it the same way with every dose.
