Derma-Smooth FS Scalp Oil is used to treat scalp psoriasis. It contains fluocinolone, which reduces swelling, itching, and redness associated with this condition .

Fluocinolone is a low- to medium-strength corticosteroid.

The medication is applied to the scalp as a thin film. Before applying, wet or dampen the hair and scalp thoroughly. Massage the medication into the scalp and cover it with the provided shower cap. Leave it on for at least 4 hours or overnight, then wash off with regular shampoo.
