Direction

Read the included instructions to learn how to utilize this drug correctly. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have any concerns.

For 90 days, the ring delivers estradiol into the vaginal canal constantly and stably. After 90 days of continuous use, you should remove it.

  • Before handling the ring, wash and dry your hands.
  • As recommended, place the ring high in the vaginal canal.
  • A ring should not be worn for more than 90 days. Make sure you follow the dosage instructions as closely as possible.
  • If treatment is to be continued, the ring is normally left in place for 90 days before being removed and replaced with a fresh ring.
  • You should not be able to feel the ring if it is properly placed, and it will not interfere with sexual activity. If you can feel the ring or if it causes you any discomfort, it’s possible that the ring isn’t high enough. With your finger, gently press the ring upward.
  • When it comes out of the vaginal canal, clean the ring with lukewarm water and reinsert it. Consult your doctor if the ring falls out frequently.
  • By wrapping your finger through the ring and gently drawing it out, the ring can be removed. If you’re having problems removing the ring, go to your doctor. The used ring can be disposed of in the garbage. It should not be flushed into the toilet.
  • It could take up to three weeks for you to feel the full effects of this drug. If your symptoms don’t improve but worsen, see your doctor.
