If dizziness or nausea occurs during sexual activity, or if there is pain, numbness, or tingling in the chest, arms, neck, or jaw, stop and call a healthcare provider right away, as these may be signs of a serious side effect.

Stendra should not be used in patients with New York Heart Association Class 2 or greater congestive heart failure.

Patients should be stable on alpha-blocker therapy prior to initiating treatment with Stendra, and the medication should be initiated at the appropriate dose

For patients taking concomitant strong or moderate CYP3A4 inhibitors, specific dosing recommendations and precautions apply.
