Evalon Cream is a form of female hormone (body's chemical messenger) called estrogen. It is primarily used to relieve symptoms occurring after menopause, such as vaginal dryness, burning, itching, and hot flashes.

The cream works by supplementing estrogen in the vaginal tissues, thereby relieving symptoms such as irritation, itching, and dryness. It contains the active ingredient estriol, which belongs to a group of medicines called Hormone Replacement Therapy.

Estriol works by replacing the estrogen that is normally produced by the ovaries, thereby providing relief from discomfort, dryness, or irritation in the vagina. It also helps normalize vaginal epithelium, making sexual intercourse less painful and preventing vaginal infections.
