Barriere Silicone Cream (Hydrocortisone)

Do’s

• Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before and after applying the cream.
• Clean and dry the area to be treated according to your healthcare provider's instructions.
• Apply a thin layer of cream to the affected area as directed by your healthcare provider.
• Rub the cream gently until it is absorbed.

Don'ts

• Don't apply the cream to broken, irritated, or infected skin.
• Don't use more cream than directed by your healthcare provider.
• Don't cover the treated area with a bandage unless directed by your healthcare provider.
• Don't get the cream in your eyes, nose, or mouth.

Common Side Effects:

• Bitter or unusual taste (if ingested accidentally)
• Skin irritation or discomfort
• Allergic reactions: Although rare, some individuals may experience allergic reactions to silicone-based products. If you notice any signs of an allergic reaction, such as rash, itching, swelling, or difficulty breathing, discontinue use and seek medical attention.
