Zaditen syrup is used to treat various allergic conditions such as rhinitis (inflammation of the mucous membranes in the nose) and conjunctivitis (inflammation of the mucous membranes in the eye).

It is also indicated for the prevention and treatment of allergic disorders such as hives, dermatitis, allergic rhinitis, and conjunctivitis.

Zaditen syrup contains the active ingredient ketotifen, which is an antihistamine with anti-allergy properties. It works by blocking the allergic response and reducing inflammation.

Do’s

Common side effects:

Serious side effects:

  • Seizures (fits) 
  • Serious eye symptoms such as sudden vision loss, blurred vision, tunnel vision, eye pain or swelling, or seeing halos around lights

Zaditen syrup should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women.
