Daliresp, also known as roflumilast, is indicated for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) associated with chronic bronchitis and a history of exacerbations. It is a selective phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4) inhibitor that helps reduce the risk of COPD exacerbations in patients with severe COPD.

Do's

Some common side effects that may occur include:

  • Diarrhea
  • Nausea
  • Loss of appetite
  • Headache
  • Back pain
  • Flu-like symptoms
  • Problems sleeping (insomnia)
  • Dizziness
  • Decreased appetite
  • Minor weight loss

Serious side effects are rare but can occur.

  • Rapid and unintended weight loss
  • Tremors
  • Pain or burning when urinating
