Not more than one bottle of Maxidex Suspension should be prescribed initially, and the prescription should not be refilled without further evaluation.
Maxidex Suspension should be used during pregnancy only if the potential benefit to the mother justifies the potential risk to the embryo or fetus. There are no adequate or well-controlled studies in pregnant women.
Maxidex Suspension may interact with other drugs. Consult a healthcare provider to determine if there are any potential interactions with medications you are currently taking.
Maxidex Suspension should not be used if you have an eye infection, including herpes simplex.
Avoid the use of Maxidex Suspension in certain viral diseases of the cornea and conjunctiva, tuberculosis of the eye, fungal disease of ocular structures, or untreated parasitic eye infections.
