  • Don't stop taking corticosteroids by mouth without your healthcare provider’s approval; they may want you to reduce your dose gradually.

The medication comes in a powder form and is administered using a special inhaler device preloaded with blister packs containing measured doses of the medicine. The device opens and loads a blister of Breo Ellipta each time you use the inhaler.
