This is not an exhaustive list of side effects. Different individuals may experience different side effects, and some individuals may not experience any side effects at all. If you have any concerns about the side effects of Robaxisal Extra Strength, consult with your healthcare provider.

If you have a known allergy to acetylsalicylic acid (ASA), methocarbamol, or any other ingredients in Robaxisal Extra Strength, you should avoid taking this medication.

Robaxisal Extra Strength contains acetylsalicylic acid (ASA), which has been associated with a rare but serious condition called Reye's Syndrome. ASA, one of the active ingredients in Robaxisal Extra Strength, may cause severe stomach bleeding. If you experience symptoms such as fainting, vomiting blood, having bloody or black stools, or persistent stomach pain, seek medical help immediately.
