Frontline Spot On between 45 to 88lb or 20 to 40kg (Fipronil)

Do's

• Read and follow the instructions provided with the Frontline spot-on treatment for proper application.
• Part the fur on your dog's back, directly between the shoulder blades, until you can see the skin. This is the area where you will apply the Frontline spot-on treatment.
• Place the tip of the applicator on the skin and apply the entire contents of the applicator in a single spot. Make sure to apply it directly onto the skin and not on top of the hair coat.
• Avoid contact with the treated area until it is dry. This helps ensure that the product is absorbed properly.
• Apply Frontline spot-on treatment monthly to control fleas and ticks. Do not reapply Frontline Plus for 30 days.

Don'ts

• Do not apply on top of the hair coat. Make sure to apply the Frontline spot-on treatment directly onto the skin and not on top of the hair coat.
• Do not allow your dog to ingest the product. Prevent your dog from licking the treated area.
• Do not use it on dogs weighing less than 45 lbs. Frontline spot-on treatment is not recommended for dogs weighing less than 45 pounds or younger than 8 weeks of age.
• Do not use more than one application per month: Use only one application of Frontline spot-on treatment per dog per month. Using more than the recommended dose can be harmful.

Common Side Effects:

• Irritation or reddening of the skin at the application site
• Loss of appetite.
• Temporary hair loss at the application site.
• Increased visibility of fleas following treatment, as the product draws parasites to the surface of the dog's coat

Serious Side Effects:

• Allergic reactions: Although rare, some dogs may experience allergic reactions to Frontline Spot-On. Symptoms may include severe skin irritation, swelling, itching, or difficulty breathing.

Frontline Spot On is not for use on cats, rabbits, or other animals.

Ensure your dog's weight falls within the 45-88 lb range for this specific product. Using an incorrect dosage can be harmful.

Apply Frontline Spot On to your dog's skin, not their eyes or mouth.

Some dogs may experience mild skin irritation at the application site. This is usually temporary and resolves on its own. If irritation persists or worsens, consult your veterinarian.

Keep out of reach of children and pets. Store Frontline Spot On in a safe location away from children and other pets.

Avoid bathing your dog or letting them swim in water for at least 48 hours after application. This allows the product to distribute and become effective.

Avoid petting or handling the application site on your dog's fur until it is completely dry.

While uncommon, allergic reactions to Frontline Spot On can occur. Signs may include excessive scratching, itching, or redness at the application site. If you notice these signs, consult your veterinarian.

Consult your veterinarian before using Frontline Spot On on sick, pregnant, or nursing dogs.
