Do’s

  • Asacol HD should be taken by mouth with or without food as directed by your healthcare provider, usually 3 times daily.

The use of Asacol HD may lead to spuriously elevated test results when measuring urinary normetanephrine by liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection.

If you breastfeed while taking Asacol HD, be sure to inform your healthcare provider right away if your child has diarrhea.
