5. Initially, keep the AVEOtsd on your tongue for about 10 minutes, adjusting suction to find the most comfortable fit
6. Before sleeping, suction the device to your tongue in a comfortable position
7. To remove, press the sides to break suction or squeeze the bulb
8. After use, clean the device thoroughly with hot water and store it in the provided container
