Do's

• Use Prevident Booster Gel Spearmint as directed by your healthcare provider. Follow the recommended dosage and frequency of use.
• Apply a thin ribbon of Prevident Booster Gel Spearmint to a toothbrush.
• Brush your teeth thoroughly for two minutes, preferably at bedtime, using the gel in place of your regular toothpaste.
• After brushing, spit out the excess gel. Do not rinse your mouth with water or eat or drink for at least 30 minutes to allow the fluoride to be absorbed by your teeth.
• Continue to follow good oral hygiene practices, including regular brushing and flossing, in addition to using Prevident Booster Gel Spearmint.

Don'ts

• Do not swallow the gel. It is meant for topical use on your teeth and should not be ingested.
• Avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes after using Prevident Booster Gel Spearmint to allow the fluoride to work effectively.
