Do’s

• The recommended dose of Mucodyne may vary, but it is typically taken two to three times a day. The exact dosage will be determined by your healthcare provider based on your specific needs and response to the medication.
• Mucodyne is usually taken orally with a full glass of water. It can be taken with or without food, as directed by your healthcare provider.
• To achieve the best results, take Mucodyne at the same time(s) every day. This helps maintain a consistent level of the medication in your body.
• Take Mucodyne for the entire duration prescribed by your healthcare provider, even if you start feeling better. Stopping the medication prematurely may result in incomplete treatment.

• Facial swelling
• Allergic reactions
• Breathlessness
• Rash
• Wheezing
• Difficulty in breathing
• Skin rash
• Gastrointestinal bleeding

Some individuals may experience allergic reactions to Mucodyne. If you develop symptoms such as facial swelling, rash, wheezing, or breathlessness, seek immediate medical attention.

Mucodyne may be unsafe to use during pregnancy, as animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Consult with your healthcare provider before taking Mucodyne if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. 

Information regarding the use of Mucodyne during breastfeeding is limited. Consult with your healthcare provider before using it while breastfeeding.

There have been reports of gastrointestinal bleeding occurring during treatment with Mucodyne. If you experience symptoms such as abdominal pain, vomiting blood, or black/tarry stools, seek medical attention immediately.

Mucodyne is not expected to have an influence on the ability to drive or operate machinery. However, individual reactions may vary. Assess your own response to the medication before engaging in activities that require alertness.
