Do's

• Follow healthcare provider's instructions: Take Eryped Suspension exactly as prescribed by your healthcare provider, including dosage, frequency, and duration of treatment.
• Shake well before use: Shake the bottle thoroughly before each dose to ensure the medication is evenly mixed.
• Measure accurately: Use the provided measuring device or spoon to ensure you receive the correct dose. Don't use a household spoon, as it may lead to inaccurate measurement.
• Take with or without food: You can take Eryped with or without food. If you experience nausea, taking it with food or milk may help alleviate it.
• Space doses evenly: Take Eryped at evenly spaced times throughout the day to maintain consistent levels of the medication in your body. This may help improve treatment effectiveness.
• Complete the full course: Continue taking Eryped for the entire prescribed duration, even if symptoms improve after a few days. Stopping early can lead to recurrence of the infection.
• Inform your healthcare provider: Tell your healthcare provider if your condition worsens or doesn't improve after using Eryped, or if you experience any side effects that bother you.

Don'ts

• Don't use expired medication: Check the expiration date on the Eryped bottle and don't use it if it's expired.
• Don't exceed dosage: Don't take more Eryped than prescribed by your healthcare provider.
• Don't stop taking without consulting your healthcare provider: Even if you feel better, don't stop taking Eryped without your healthcare provider's approval, as this can lead to antibiotic resistance.
• Don't use it for viral infections: Eryped is an antibiotic and won't treat viral infections like the common cold or flu.

Let your healthcare provider know if you have allergies to Erybid, other macrolide antibiotics, or any other ingredients.

Inform your healthcare provider about kidney disease, liver disease, or myasthenia gravis.

Erybid may affect your heart rhythm. Tell your healthcare provider about any heart problems, family history of heart issues, or if you take medications that can affect heart rhythm.

Low potassium or magnesium levels can worsen heart rhythm problems. Mention any medications or conditions that can cause electrolyte imbalance.

Discuss Erybid use with your healthcare provider if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Inform your healthcare provider about all medications you take, including Erybid, before any surgery.

Some Erybid products may contain sodium. Consult your healthcare provider if you are on a salt-restricted diet.

Older adults may be more sensitive to side effects.

Infants may be at higher risk for stomach problems. Contact their healthcare provider if they vomit or become irritable during feeding.
