Step 1:

Sign in to Your Account

• Visit DoctorSolve.com and log in with your credentials.

Step 2:

Access Your Orders

• Navigate to your dashboard and click on the “Orders” tab.

Step 3:

Locate Your Order

• Find the order that requires document uploads.
• Click on “Upload Required Documents” next to the order number.

Step 4:

Upload Your Documents

• Click the upload button for each required document.
• Select the correct file from your device and confirm the upload.

Step 5:

Confirm Upload Success

• A successful upload will turn the button green and display “Received.”
• If you see “Error! Please try again,” retry the upload.

Step 6:

Important Guidelines

• Supported file formats: PDF, JPEG, JPG, PNG
• Maximum file size: 1 MB per document
• Uploads must be repeated for multiple orders.
