How to place a new prescription drug order

DoctorSolve understands that your time is valuable and that each patient has their own special preference when it comes to ordering, below are descriptions of the ways in which you can place your order. You can also browse through the products by searching through the Prescription Medications, Brand Medications, or Generic Medications.

The easiest way to place an order online is to begin with a product search for the medication(s) you have been prescribed or that you would like to purchase, here is a link to begin your search  DrugSearch.

If the product you are searching for is available in Generic format, this option will be displayed as well as the Brand Version of your product.  Step two will be to select the Dosage (Found on your prescription), then Step 3 is select the Quantity (Found on your prescription) and finally to select the number of months the prescription is based on (Maximum of 3 months allowed online).

Once you have made your decision between the Brand and Generic Options available to you, you can select Add to Cart, to proceed through the checkout section, confirm your cart contents, click Complete order and you are finished.

DoctorSolve is open all US holidays except Christmas Day, Dec 25, and New Years Day, January 1st.

Find your medication(s)

  • Login to the account that you setup when your original order was placed (My Account). If you purchased as a guest we may not be able to offer you refill service.
  • Once you are logged into your account, add your password again to verify access to your order history as indicated.
  • From your order history find the prescription order that you would like to refill. You can click on the refill button to proceed, this will open your previous order so you can verify that this is indeed the prescription you wish to refill. Click on Refill This Order to complete your order, otherwise, click on Return to Order History to select a different order for refill.
