However, usually the dose is one tab a day. This medicine should only be given by a health care provider who is experienced in the use of this medicine.Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to solifenacin or if you have untreated or uncontrolled narrow-angle glaucoma, a blockage in your digestive tract (stomach or intestines), or if you are unable to urinate.Before using this medicine, tell your health care provider about any of the following: if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding; if you are taking any prescription medicine, nonprescription medicine, herbal preparation, or dietary supplement; if you have glaucoma, liver disease, kidney disease, a blockage in your stomach or intestines, or a history of "Long QT syndrome".When taking Vesicare/Solifenacin keep yourself hydrated and avoid becoming overheated during exercise and in hot weather. This medication decreases perspiration therefore you may be prone to heat stroke. Vesicare/Solifenacin can cause side effects that may impair your vision or reactions.
