How to place a new prescription drug order

Welcome to DoctorSolve. If you are ordering from DoctorSolve for the first time, there are four ways you can order from us, see below for details. Find your medication(s)

Select the medication(s) you would like to refill and click on Add to Cart. Then click Checkout to complete your order.

Mail in a written prescription(s) from your doctor.

Complete & sign the patient order form then, along with your prescription(s):

Your prescription(s) will be verified by DoctorSolve with your physician's office. We also require a copy of one of the following: driver's license, passport, military ID, or birth certificate.


A Healthcare Specialist will contact you by phone to confirm your order.

To complete your order we ask that you also mail your orginal prescription(s) to our office - DoctorSolve Healthcare, Suite #109 - 7938 128th Street Surrey, BC, Canada V3W 4E8.
