Procardia XL is a prescription medication that is used in the treatment of high blood pressure. This extended release medication works by relaxing the muscles of your heart and blood vessels to increase blood flow.

High blood pressure often has no symptoms.

Do not use or consume any grapefruit products while taking this medication. Drinking alcohol is not recommended while taking this medication, as it can increase certain side effects that are associated with Procardia XL.
