Unisom is used as a treatment for patients with difficulty falling asleep. Store Unisom in a cool, dry location. You should inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any other medications with Unisom, have any allergies, are asthmatic, have chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), chronic bronchitis, emphysema, lung disease, shortness of breath, or sleep apnea. There are a few medications which may interfere with Unisom so also please inform your doctor of other medications you are taking no matter how trivial they may seem.Do not use this medication for long periods of time.
