Sebulex Product Description

This medication is used to relieve irritation, scaling, itching, redness, and flaking caused by dandruff. Sebulex shampoo works by swelling, softening and then sloughing or peeling in the affected areas. Store at room temperature. Keep away from heat, light, moisture, children and pets. Do not freeze or store in bathroom. Read the directions on the prescription label. Do not take larger doses than prescribed by your doctor. Do not take this medication longer than recommended by your doctor. Take this medication as directed by your doctor. Before using Sebulex shampoo, shake well and wet hair with the medication. Shampoo for 5 minutes then rinse. Repeat. Wash your hands after treatment. If a dose is missed, use it immediately. Skip the missed dose only if it's almost tiem for your next dose and then continue your regular dosing schedule. Do not use 2 doses at one time. Do not use Sebulex shampoo if you are allergic to any ingredient of the product.Before using Sebulex shampoo, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, plan to become pregnant, or breastfeeding; have liver or kidney problems, skin irritation, skin infection, eczema, poor blood circulation or diabetes; taking any prescription or over the counter medication, herbal preparation, or dietary supplements; allergies to foods, medicines, or other substances; recently had a vaccination, a positive tuberculosis (TB) skin test, chicken pox, skin infection, thinning of the skin, measles, tuberculosis, or shingles; or have a severe allergic reaction to aspirin or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID) including hives, severe rash, dizziness and difficulty breathing.If you are currently taking any of the following medication, let your doctor know because it may increase the risk of side effects caused by Sebulex shampoo: Anticoagulants such as heparin or warfarin, methotrexate, aspirin, or sulfonylureas such as glipizide.
