Allegra D is used to treat patients with seasonal allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny/stuffy nose, cough, itchy nose/palate/throat, itchy/watery/red eyes, hives, skin rash, and nasal congestionStore Allegra D at room temperature. Aggrenox/Dipyridamole comes in a caplet form, do not crush, chew, break or open an extended-release tablet.If you have used an MAO inhibitor including isocarboxazid (Marplan), phenelzine (Nardil), rasagiline (Azilect), selegiline (Eldepryl, Emsam), or tranylcypromine (parnate) in the past 14 days, do not take Allegra D because serious, life-threatening side effects can occur when MAO inhibitor has not cleared from your body and cough or cold medicine is taken. Speak to your doctor or health care provider before taking diet pills, caffeine pills, or other stimulants (ie. ADHD medications). Taking both stimulants and Allegra D can increase the risk of unpleasant side effects.Let your doctor know if you have the following: kidney disease, diabetes, glaucoma, heart disease or high blood pressure, diabetes, a thyroid disorder, an enlarged prostate, or problems with urination.
