How it works:

1. Print off as many coupons as you wish. There's no limit to the number of friends you can refer.

2. Print your first and last name in the "Current DoctorSolve customer" space, and your friends' first and last names on the coupons. (One coupon per friend, please.)

3. Give one completed coupon to each of your friends.

4. Each friend sends the coupon in to DoctorSolve by fax or mail along with his/her first order.

5. We will credit your account $25 each time one of your friends becomes a DoctorSolve customer! PLUS your friend saves $25 off his/her first purchase!**

**Minimum order purchase must be over $100 to receive $25 credit to account. Refering account is credited $25 after referral has been shipped their order. Credits do not apply to over-the-counter orders.
