Oxybutynin is a drug which works to reduce muscle spasms of the bladder and urinary tract. It is used to treat symptoms of overactive bladder, such as frequent or urgent urination, incontinence (urine leakage), and increased night-time urination.
While using Oxybutynin, do not drive or do anything that requires you to be fully awake and alert as it may cause blurred vision, drowsiness, or dizziness. Avoid becoming overheated or dehydrated during exercise and in hot weather, because Oxybutynin decreases perspiration and you may be more prone to heat stroke. Tell your doctor about all the prescription and non-prescribed medicines, vitamins, minerals, and herbal products.
Before using Oxybutynin, tell your doctor if you

have untreated or uncontrolled glaucoma
have liver disease

are unable to urinate

Pain or burning when you urinate
Urinating less than usual or not at all

Implanon (etonogestrel implant) is a type of birth control that is used for preventing pregnancy in women. It is a single-rod sub dermal implant that continually releases a low, steady dose of etonorgestrel, effectively preventing pregnancy for a period of up to three years. It consists of a non-biodegradable rod measuring 40mm in length and 2mm in diameter. The rod is more than 99% effective in preventing pregnancy.

Important Safety Information about Implanon

How does Implanon work?

Desogen is an oral contraceptive used to prevent pregnancy. It is the combination of female hormones (estrogen/progestin) which work to prevent the release of eggs from the ovaries. Desogen also causes changes in cervical mucus and the uterine lining, making it harder for sperm to fertilize an egg and for the egg to attach to the uterus.

History of heart attack
High cholesterol or if you are overweight
A history of depression
Gallbladder disease
Diabetes
Seizures or epilepsy
A history of irregular menstrual cycles
A history of fibrocystic breast disease, lumps, nodules, or an abnormal mammogram

Desogen Side Effects

Serious side effects:

Sudden numbness or weakness, especially on one side of the body
Sudden headache, confusion, problems with vision
Chest pain or heavy feeling, pain spreading to the arm or shoulder
Sweating, general ill feeling
A change in the pattern or severity of migraine headaches
Nausea
Stomach pain
Low fever
Loss of appetite
Dark urine
Clay-colored stools
Jaundice
Swelling in your hands, ankles, or feet
A breast lump

Yasmin is a contraceptive method used to prevent pregnancy. It works to prevent ovulation and cause changes in your cervical and uterine lining. These changes make it harder for sperm to reach the uterus and for a fertilized egg to attach to the uterus. It contains a progestin hormone called drospirenone that is not present in other birth control pills.

Yasmin may also treat moderate acne in women above the age of 14 who have started having menstrual periods. It is also used to treat the symptoms of premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), such as anxiety, depression, irritability, trouble concentrating, lack of energy, sleep or appetite changes, breast tenderness, joint or muscle pain, headache, and weight gain.
Special Warnings

Yasmin will not protect you from STDs (sexually transmitted diseases) including HIV and AIDS.
Do not use if you are pregnant, have a history of stroke or blood clots, circulation problems (especially if caused by diabetes), a heart valve disorder, breast or uterine cancer, abnormal vaginal bleeding, kidney or liver disease, an adrenal gland disorder, severe high blood pressure, migraine headaches, or a history of jaundice caused by birth control pills.
Women, particularly those 35 and over, are strongly advised not to smoke due to the risk of serious cardiovascular side effects.

Before taking Yasmin, tell your doctor if you have

adrenal gland disorder;
unusual vaginal bleeding;
a history of jaundice caused by birth control pills;
high blood pressure or heart disease;
high cholesterol or if you are overweight;
gallbladder disease;
diabetes;
seizures or epilepsy; or
a history of depression, irregular menstrual cycles, or a history of breast, uterine, or hormone-dependent cancer.

Serious, but rare, side effects:
