Oxybutynin is a drug which works to reduce muscle spasms of the bladder and urinary tract. It is used to treat symptoms of overactive bladder, such as frequent or urgent urination, incontinence (urine leakage), and increased night-time urination.
While using Oxybutynin, do not drive or do anything that requires you to be fully awake and alert as it may cause blurred vision, drowsiness, or dizziness. Avoid becoming overheated or dehydrated during exercise and in hot weather, because Oxybutynin decreases perspiration and you may be more prone to heat stroke. Tell your doctor about all the prescription and non-prescribed medicines, vitamins, minerals, and herbal products.

Implanon (etonogestrel implant) is a type of birth control that is used for preventing pregnancy in women. It is a single-rod sub dermal implant that continually releases a low, steady dose of etonorgestrel, effectively preventing pregnancy for a period of up to three years. It consists of a non-biodegradable rod measuring 40mm in length and 2mm in diameter. The rod is more than 99% effective in preventing pregnancy.
After administering a local anesthetic, your doctor inserts Implanon under the skin of the upper arm. The procedure takes no more than two minutes. If you feel good, you can go home immediately afterward. There may be a little bruising at the site of injection.

Important Safety Information about Implanon

Implanon steadily releases the hormone etonorgestrel into your bloodstream, the hormone reaches your ovaries and prevents them from releasing eggs. It also changes the mucus in your cervix which can prevent sperm from reaching, and fertilizing the egg. It also changes the lining of your uterus.

Desogen is an oral contraceptive used to prevent pregnancy. It is the combination of female hormones (estrogen/progestin) which work to prevent the release of eggs from the ovaries. Desogen also causes changes in cervical mucus and the uterine lining, making it harder for sperm to fertilize an egg and for the egg to attach to the uterus.
Do not use Desogen if you are pregnant or if you have recently had a baby. Do not use Desogen in these conditions: a history of stroke or blood clot, circulation problems, hormone-related cancer such as breast or uterine cancer, abnormal vaginal bleeding, liver disease or liver cancer, severe high blood pressure, migraine headaches, a heart valve disorder, or a history of jaundice caused by birth control pills.
Do not smoke while using Desogen, especially if you are older than 35.
Desogen will not protect you from sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV and AIDS.

Yasmin is a contraceptive method used to prevent pregnancy. It works to prevent ovulation and cause changes in your cervical and uterine lining. These changes make it harder for sperm to reach the uterus and for a fertilized egg to attach to the uterus. It contains a progestin hormone called drospirenone that is not present in other birth control pills.

Yasmin may also treat moderate acne in women above the age of 14 who have started having menstrual periods. It is also used to treat the symptoms of premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), such as anxiety, depression, irritability, trouble concentrating, lack of energy, sleep or appetite changes, breast tenderness, joint or muscle pain, headache, and weight gain.
