Does DoctorSolve ship to the US only?
Yes. DoctorSolve ships to the USA only. Customs has the discretionary power to allow a 90-day supply with a 90-day refill. There are no restrictions on the number of prescriptions.
How does DoctorSolve pay commission?For US affiliates DoctorSolve pays commission with a cheque or international money order which will be mailed through regular post. For international affiliates commission will be paid with an international money order or wire transfer.
Additional charges will apply for any international couriers and wire transfers.
Commissions over $500 will be wire transferred for free.
Depending on if your sales are completed, commission is paid at the end of every month.
Does DoctorSolve deal with store front businesses?Yes, but only if you have a legitimate website.
Can I link to a specific drug page with my affiliate number? (i.e. deep linking)Yes. Simply add your affiliate number to the end of the link. Here is an example:
Where can I go to track my affiliate sales?You can check your commissions at any time on your statistic page located at www.doctorsolve.com/affiliate. You will need your username and password to enter the site. This page displays your up-to-the-minute sales commissions, as well as the number of visitors you send to the DoctorSolve site.
Why does DoctorSolve show more sales then what I received for my commission rate?
Your statistic site does not monitor your prescription pharmaceutical sales commissions in real-time. Not all customers that order from DoctorSolve have valid prescriptions, so not every order can be completed. Additionally, some customers do not send DoctorSolve a prescription right away. It could take a few days to obtain the required information and process the order. Don’t worry - you will receive credit for every prescription order that is fulfilled.
An order must be completed and mailed out to the patient before you can receive your commission. If a patient cancels their order before it goes to the pharmacy you will not receive a commission.
