A personal message to DoctorSolve patients from
CEO Janet Gulbransen

At DoctorSolve, we know that you have a lot of Internet pharmacy services from which to choose. Some are better than others. And many shouldn’t be selling drugs at all.

We want you to know that we’re different—much different. Our business is a private medical facility, owned by physicians. Our staff and agents include physicians, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, nurses, and medical office assistants. We deliver nothing less than the highest standards of care for our valued patients.

To understand our mission, you need to know a little about our roots.

The sole owners of DoctorSolve Healthcare Solutions Inc., Dr. Paul Zickler and Dr. Paul Assad, are lifetime friends. They worked together as emergency room physicians for 18 years and eventually became partners in operating two medical clinics in communities near the Canadian and United States border. These clinics were opened to service the communities in which they were located. From 1997 to 1999, the volume of American patients attending the clinics grew rapidly. In 1999, as a result of this growth, the doctors open DoctorSolve Healthcare, a business dedicated solely to American patients.

In October 2001, the first mail order prescription from DoctorSolve was sent. This came out of necessity following the events of September 11. Our patients could no longer cross the border easily, often waiting for hours before being given clearance. Dr. Zickler met with the FDA and US Customs to confirm that he could mail the medications to his patients, and the business of DoctorSolve as an Internet pharmacy service was born.

Our priority is serving the healthcare needs of our patients.

Today’s marketplace is vastly different from the early days of DoctorSolve. The number of Internet pharmacies has grown rapidly, and they are all fighting for your business. Despite the highly competitive landscape, DoctorSolve still focuses on basic healthcare.

We are committed to providing a safe source of pharmaceutical products at affordable prices. We are continually investing in ways to offer you enhanced healthcare solutions, such as naturopathic products and over-the-counter medications. We also provide meds for your pets. As far as we are concerned, there can be no other measure of success than the health and well being of our patients.
